A‑ROO Company specializes in the conical shape – it is our ‘Signature-Packaging;’ and we have the most experience and advanced technology for making plastic packaging for Herbs in different sizes, tapers, thicknesses and with or without Flexographic (up to 6-Colors) or Rotogravure Printing (up to 10-Colors) specifically for food and food products.

Ventilation – we offer full and partial Vent Holes, Hot-Needle Micro-Perforations and shaped cuts, or holes in any configuration required. This feature adds the value of allowing for a proper transmission of air and water, helping keep product at its peak of freshness.

Anti-Fog – we offer a special process of an applied special food approved coating to the interior surface of our film packaging that reduces condensation and fogging measurably and visibly. This adds a tremendous visual value at retail. A Consumer will buy a clear fresh appearance package over a soaked and foggy looking package.

Re-closable – we offer two different methods of providing a Consumer-Friendly closable and re-closable sleeve or bag – Self-Adhesive Tape style or re-closable Zipper Profile. This feature adds value to the Consumer by being a completely self contained package from start to finish, never requiring additional bagging or protection – and it keeps product contained and fresh.

Headers – we offer two different Header style – Reinforced (RH) and Non-reinforced Header (NRH) style. This feature adds value, as it allows for product to be hung on rack at retail and to allow extra space and room for additional graphics and for advertising the product.
